EMZ arranged a bond financing and took a minority stake in the equity alongside Silverfleet Capital and over more than 150 employees of the group.

Operating in 58 countries on four continents, Coventya has 570 employees working out of eleven production sites and seven R&D centres. In 2016, the group intends to generate revenues of circa 130 million euros.
