This new chapter will enable Onet to reinforce its engineering know-how within its business segments, to integrate new technologies in order to bring even more value added to its clients and to develop its international footprint.
Onet is a family business founded in 1860 and is the historical leader in France in the cleaning sector, as well as being a major player in security and a benchmark player in nuclear services. With 65,000 headcounts and a geographic footprint covering France, Spain, the US, Brazil and Switzerland, the group reported €1.7bn of revenues in 2016.
In April 2017, EMZ acquired a minority stake held by FFP in Onet. This new partnership enables Onet to strengthen its leading position in France and increases its capacity to develop internationally.
